Andrew O'Brien (Oct 09 2024 at 00:43):His “Software Architect Elevator” is one of my favorite under appreciated “Staff Eng track” books. (I think it tends to get overlooked because he picked “Architect”.) Listened to the audiobook years ago, so I might be hazy, but I think it had a lot of good recommendations for maintaining (and growing) credibility with both the dev and business sides.
